The Adobe Flash plugin has crashed, again. This information bar is both incredibly annoying (GAAARGH, NOT AGAIN!) and absolutely wonderful. You see, in days gone by, if Flash tripped over it’s own feet, it would take the entire browser down with it. That obscure site you were looking at was lost to the mists of time, along with the work you were typing into a web application. Now, if Soundcloud stops playing or a video is replaced with a sad face, it’s easy to tell what happened. Your work is safe (assuming you weren’t typing into a Flash application) and you can continue on your way. It feels so much better if I can aim my rage in the appropriate direction, too.
